El buen Michael estaría cumpliendo 52 años este 29 de agosto, pero ya no está mas con nosotros, probablemente este en un lugar mejor. Desde aqui un pequeño homenaje al mas talentoso, carismatico, controvertido, humanitario y destacado interprete y bailarin de todos los tiempos. Here come the...Music (v.1.1)
Las siguientes son algunas de las canciones rockeras que mas se tocaban en las fiestas a donde frecuentaba a inicios de los 80's, si que eran buenos tiempos sin duda...
Rod Stewart - Tora, Tora, Tora , Ojo el video es parte del Tour "Tonight Im yours" de 1981.
El siguiente no es un tema de los 80's, pero era uno de los mas pedidos, incluso hasta hoy.
con Uds. The Hollies y " Long cool woman in a black dress" de su album "Distant Light" de 1971.
...Este si es un "temon" de 1983 los ZZ Top desde el Album "Eliminator" :
...De 1982 John Mellencamp con su "hurts so good"
...este set termina con los chicos de Trama y "un ovni en mi jardin" (1987) algo de Rock peruano. Bye...Rock Forever.

Here comes the...Music (v.1.0)
Desde que tengo uso de "razon musical" y desde que me apasione por la musica, la radio y los videos clips, imaginaba en algun momento poder ser un Dj de Radio o Tv, lamentablemente a inicios de los 80's era solo un adolescente y en los 90's las principales emisoras de radio pasaban a mejor vida y otras naufragaban en el oceano de la incertidumbre. Hoy con ayuda de la Internet es posible cumplir en parte este sueño asi que doy inicio a una especie de ciber programa musical, espero mas adelante se convierta en parte de una radio por internet o algo parecido. por ahora de vez en cuando compartire con Uds. algunos temas que considero son destacables en la amplia historia de la musica. con Uds. Here Comes The...Music (V.1.0)

...siguiendo con los tributos George Harrison compuso este tema en memoria de John Lennon , el tema se lanzo el 11 de mayo de 1981 en U.S.A. poco despues del asesinato de John. En la grabacion participan Paul McCartney su entonces esposa Linda y Ringo Starr en la bateria.
..ahora escuchen "sure know something" con los Kiss en el MTV Unplugged que se grabo el 8 de agosto de 1995 los destacable es que en esta reunion estuvieron los cuatro mienbros originales, disfrutenlo:
...y esta es una de mis bandas favoritas, aun tengo en la retina el magnifico concierto que dieron aqui en Lima fue todo un privilegio escucharlos en vivo, con Simon Le Bon a la cabeza el exquisito New Wave de Duran Duran, el tema "Is There Something I Should Know":
y para finalizar esta primera entrega una banda peruana de los 80's con la voz de Sergio Cava (hoy Fiorella Cava) los muchachos de JAS y su "Personalidad"...hasta la proxima. ROCK FOREVER.

Escrita y grabada en 1985 por Billy Joel, con el fin de hacer un llamado de atencion sobre el suicidio juvenil, para lo cual se inspiró en un episodio de su vida. Joel decidio donar todas las regalias de este tema al National Committee for Youth Suicide Prevention.

Con Uds.: Mr. Hall & Mr. Oates
Daryl Hall & John Oates
Uno de los dúos mas sobresalientes de la música norteamericana y también uno de los pocos que aun se mantienen unidos desde que se formo la banda en 1972, aunque ellos se conocieron en 1967 en la Universidad de Temple (Philadelphia) donde formaron su primera banda de soft rock llamada Gulliver logrando lanzar un Lp en 1968, poco después se disolverían. En 1972 se juntan y nace Hall & Oates y lanzan el LP Whole Oats. Pero es el segundo LP el que iniciaría su larga lista de hits, con "She's gone" y para seguir con "Sara smile".
En 1980 graban "Kiss on my list", en 1981 "Private Eyes" y en 1982 lanzan "Maneater" el hit mas tocado en las radios ochenteras de Lima. La década del 90 no fue tan fructífera como la anterior, destaco solo "So close" y en el 2003 vuelven con "Do it for Love" y los siguientes años con versiones en vivo y una extraordinaria presentación en el canal A&E.
Felizmente tenemos Hall & Oates para rato. Bye
